2. About these Terms

2.1  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Company name (“Picwave”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of the platform at pic-wave.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, placing an order, registering an account, or purchasing a Token Pack or digital image, you accept these Terms in full.

2.2  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2.3  These Terms apply to all areas of the Service, including the image Shop, the Generate module, Token purchases, your account, and all communications with Picwave. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Digital Product Fulfilment Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.4  These Terms govern the relationship between Picwave and consumers who purchase digital goods for personal or professional use. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings given below:

  • “Account” means your registered user account on the Service, identified by your email address and protected by a password.
  • “Digital Image” means an AI-generated image file sold through the Picwave Shop in one or more format and size variants (for example, JPEG or PNG at various resolutions).
  • “Generate Module” means the on-platform AI image generation tool accessible at pic-wave.com/generate, which allows you to generate original images by submitting a prompt.
  • “Licence” means the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted to you on purchase of a Digital Image or on the use of Tokens, as described in Section 5.
  • “Order” means a completed purchase transaction for one or more Digital Images or a Token Pack.
  • “PSP” means the authorised payment service provider engaged by Picwave to process card and other electronic payments on its behalf.
  • “Service” means the website, platform, software, tools, content, and functionality made available at pic-wave.com and any related subdomains.
  • “Token” or “Generation Token” means a single prepaid usage credit that entitles you to one AI image generation via the Generate Module. Tokens are credited to your Account upon purchase and consumed one per generation.
  • “Token Pack” means a bundle of Tokens purchased in a single transaction (Creator Pack, Studio Pack, Pro Pack, or Scale Pack) at the published pack price.
  • “User Content” means any text prompt, input, or other material you submit to the Service.

4. Eligibility & Account Use

4.1  Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account, make a purchase, or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the express consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf and takes responsibility for all purchases and activities conducted through your Account.

4.2  Account registration. To access the Generate Module or track purchases, you must register an Account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.

4.3  Account accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep your Account details updated. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

4.4  One account per person. You may hold only one Account at a time. Creating multiple Accounts to exploit promotions, bonus credits, or other benefits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated Accounts.

4.5  Account security. You must notify us immediately at info@pic-wave.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Picwave is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.6  Account transferability. Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

5. Scope of Licence & Permitted Use

5.1  Grant of licence on Digital Image purchase. When you purchase a Digital Image through the Picwave Shop, Picwave grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use that Digital Image for both personal and commercial purposes. Permitted commercial uses include use in websites, digital and print advertising, social media content, presentations, product packaging, editorial media, and branding materials.

5.2  Grant of licence on Token use. When you use a Token to generate an image via the Generate Module, Picwave grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the generated image for the same personal and commercial purposes described in clause 5.1 above, subject to the prompt-based content restrictions in Section 10.

5.3  Scope limitations. The Licence does not permit you to: (a) resell or sublicence the original image files or generated outputs as standalone digital assets or stock image products; (b) represent any licensed image as your own original intellectual property; (c) use images in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party; or (d) use images in connection with content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

5.4  Attribution. No attribution of Picwave is required when using licensed images in your projects. Attribution is optional and welcome but not obligatory.

5.5  Revocability. The Licence is granted subject to compliance with these Terms. Breach of these Terms may result in revocation of the Licence, in which case you must cease all use of the relevant images and, where technically feasible, delete them from your systems.

6. Virtual Currency, Items & Digital Content

6.1  Nature of Tokens. Generation Tokens are a prepaid entitlement to use the Generate Module. They are not money, e-money, electronic money, or stored value within the meaning of EU or Estonian financial regulation. Tokens have no monetary face value and do not represent a claim against any financial institution.

6.2  No cash value. Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, exchanged for any fiat or digital currency, withdrawn to any payment account, or transferred to any third party or external platform. The balance of Tokens in your Account has no monetary value outside the Service.

6.3  Non-transferability of Tokens. Tokens credited to your Account are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise dispose of Tokens to any other person or Account. Any purported transfer of Tokens is void.

6.4  No resale of Digital Images as stock assets. Digital Images purchased from the Shop are licensed for use in your own projects. They may not be resold or relicensed as standalone image files, added to any competing stock photography library, or re-distributed in a manner that effectively allows third parties to obtain the same image without purchasing it from Picwave.

6.5  Nature of Digital Images. Digital Images are AI-generated creative works. They are supplied as digital files and constitute digital content within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU) as implemented in Estonia.

6.6  Token expiry. Tokens credited to your Account do not expire during the period that your Account remains active and in good standing. If your Account is closed, suspended for breach, or deleted, any remaining Token balance is forfeited without compensation, as further set out in Sections 9 and 14.

7. Purchases, Billing & Taxes

7.1  Order process. To purchase a Digital Image or Token Pack, add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout, provide the required payment details, and confirm your Order. An Order is complete when Picwave accepts it and sends you an order confirmation to your registered email address.

7.2  Prices and currency. Prices are displayed in USD by default. You may switch the display currency to EUR, GBP, or AUD using the currency selector on the website. The price charged is converted at the rate applicable at the time of checkout. All prices are shown excluding applicable taxes unless the checkout summary states otherwise.

7.3  VAT and taxes. Where applicable, VAT or other taxes are calculated and added at checkout. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or levies that may apply in your jurisdiction that are not collected by Picwave.

7.4  Payment. Payments are processed by our authorised PSP. By providing your payment details, you authorise Picwave, through the PSP, to charge the total amount shown at checkout. Card data is handled by the PSP directly and is not stored by Company name on its own servers.

7.5  Payment at one-time basis. All purchases on the Service are one-time transactions. There are no recurring subscriptions, no automatic renewal charges, and no free-trial periods that convert to paid plans. Each purchase is a discrete, voluntary transaction.

7.6  Order errors. If you believe a charge was incorrect, duplicated, or applied in error, you must contact us at info@pic-wave.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where a genuine error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7.7  Price changes. Picwave reserves the right to change the prices of Digital Images and Token Packs at any time. Price changes do not affect Orders already completed and paid. Token Packs purchased before a price change retain the Token quantity at the price paid.

8. Delivery of Digital Content

8.1  Digital Image delivery. Upon successful payment for a Digital Image, delivery is completed by making the image file available for download through your Account or a secure download link delivered to your registered email. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is typically immediate upon payment confirmation and does not involve any transit time.

8.2  Token delivery. Upon successful payment for a Token Pack, the purchased number of Tokens is credited to your Account immediately upon payment confirmation. The Generate Module becomes accessible with the credited balance. Delivery is therefore complete at the moment the Token balance is updated in your Account.

8.3  Completion of delivery. Delivery is considered complete and the contract for the digital good fully performed: (a) for Digital Images, when the download link or file is made available; (b) for Tokens, when the Token balance is credited to your Account. Subsequent failure to access the content due to your own device or connectivity issues does not constitute non-delivery.

8.4  Failed or delayed delivery. If you do not receive a download link or your Token balance is not updated within one hour of a confirmed payment, please contact us at info@pic-wave.com before initiating any payment dispute. Most delivery issues are resolved by re-sending the confirmation or manually crediting the balance within one business day. See also the Digital Product Fulfilment Policy at pic-wave.com.

8.5  No physical shipping. Picwave does not sell or deliver physical goods of any kind. No postal or courier service is used; no shipping address is collected.

9. No Redemption, Resale or Cash-Out

9.1  Tokens may not, under any circumstances, be: (a) exchanged for cash, credit, or any other monetary equivalent; (b) redeemed against any invoice, balance, or debt; (c) transferred to, or combined with, Tokens or credits on any other platform or service; or (d) auctioned, sold, or otherwise commercially exploited as a commodity.

9.2  Digital Images purchased from the Shop may not be re-sold as standalone image files, licensed to third parties for profit, submitted to competing stock image platforms, or otherwise redistributed in a manner that bypasses the Picwave Shop.

9.3  Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions — including through the creation of secondary markets, automation of bulk purchases for resale, or exploitation of third-party marketplaces — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and pursuit of any available legal remedies.

9.4  Fate on refund. Where a refund is granted in respect of a Token Pack, the corresponding Token balance is deducted from your Account at the time the refund is processed. If you have already consumed some of the refunded Tokens, the refund amount will be adjusted pro-rata to reflect only unconsumed Tokens, as further described in the Refund Policy at pic-wave.com.

9.5  Fate on Account closure. Upon closure of your Account — whether by you or by Picwave — any remaining Token balance is permanently extinguished and is not refundable except where Picwave closes the Account for reasons that are not your fault, in which case the Refund Policy will apply.

10. User Conduct & Prohibited Activity

10.1  General conduct. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of it.

10.2  Prohibited prompts and generated content. When using the Generate Module, you must not submit prompts designed to produce: (a) content that sexualises, exploits, or harms children or minors; (b) content that depicts real individuals in a defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable manner without their consent; (c) content intended to constitute or facilitate hate speech, incitement to violence, or discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics; (d) depictions of non-consensual or violent sexual conduct; or (e) any content that would be unlawful to create, possess, or distribute in the jurisdiction in which you are located.

10.3  Prohibited account and payment behaviour. You must not: (a) use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials; (b) create multiple Accounts to exploit pricing discounts or promotional Tokens; (c) initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for genuine transactions as a strategy to obtain goods without payment (sometimes called “chargeback fraud”); or (d) attempt to bypass or manipulate the checkout or payment process.

10.4  Prohibited technical conduct. You must not: (a) use bots, scripts, spiders, or automated tools to access the Service at scale; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models underlying the Generate Module; (c) probe the Service for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation; or (d) introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service.

10.5  Consequences. A breach of this Section 10 may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of any remaining Token balance, removal of content, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuit of legal remedies including compensation for loss.

11. User-Generated Submissions

11.1  Prompts submitted to the Generate Module. When you submit a text prompt to the Generate Module, you grant Picwave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process that prompt for the sole purpose of generating the requested image. Picwave does not claim ownership of the creative intent expressed in your prompt.

11.2  Your responsibility for prompts. You are solely responsible for the content of prompts you submit. You represent that your prompts do not: (a) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (b) constitute or facilitate any prohibited content as described in Section 10; or (c) incorporate personal data of third parties without their consent.

11.3  No storage of prompts beyond operational necessity. Picwave processes prompts to generate images and may retain prompt logs for a limited period for safety monitoring, technical debugging, and service improvement. Prompts are not published or shared with other users. For full details, see the Privacy Policy at pic-wave.com.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1  Picwave’s rights. All content on the Service — including the website design, software, AI models, curated image collections, category curation, brand elements, text, and functionality — is owned by or licensed to Company name and is protected by copyright, database rights, trade mark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2  Generated images. Images generated via the Generate Module are created by AI processes operated by Picwave. Picwave owns all rights in the generated image output and grants you the Licence described in Section 5 upon consumption of a Token. No further rights are transferred.

12.3  Shop images. Digital Images sold through the Shop are AI-generated works owned by Company name. Purchase grants you the Licence in Section 5, not ownership of the underlying image or copyright. All title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the image remain with Company name.

12.4  Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Service beyond the scope of the Licence, without prior written permission from Picwave.

12.5  Feedback and suggestions. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by Picwave without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

13. Updates, Maintenance & Changes to the Service

13.1  Service changes. Picwave may at any time update, modify, add features to, or remove features from the Service, including changes to the Generate Module, the Shop catalogue, pricing, and Token Pack compositions. Where a change materially affects paid users, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or prominent website notice.

13.2  Scheduled maintenance. The Service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows. We will endeavour to perform maintenance during off-peak hours and to notify users in advance where reasonably practicable.

13.3  Unscheduled downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service promptly following unexpected outages. Picwave does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond its reasonable control.

13.4  Discontinuation. If Picwave decides to discontinue the Service permanently, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice and, where technically feasible, allow users to export or download previously purchased Digital Images before closure.

14. Suspension, Restriction & Termination

14.1  Picwave’s right to suspend or terminate. Picwave may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) you breach or repeatedly breach these Terms or any incorporated policy; (b) your use of the Service is causing harm to other users or to the integrity of the Service; (c) we are required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law; or (d) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on your Account.

14.2  Effect of termination on Tokens. Upon termination of your Account for breach or voluntary closure by you, any remaining Token balance is forfeited. Where Picwave terminates your Account other than for breach, Picwave will consider a refund of unconsumed Tokens in accordance with the Refund Policy.

14.3  Effect of termination on licences. Termination of your Account terminates any ongoing access rights through the Generate Module. Licences already granted in respect of Digital Images that you have downloaded and already use in active projects are not revoked solely by Account termination, but remain subject to the ongoing compliance requirements of Section 5.

14.4  Your right to close your Account. You may close your Account at any time through the Account settings or by contacting us at info@pic-wave.com. Account closure is addressed in full in the Cancellation Policy at pic-wave.com.

14.5  Data following termination. The handling of your personal data after Account closure is governed by the Privacy Policy at pic-wave.com. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes even after Account closure.

15. Consumer Rights & Statutory Protections

15.1  Statutory rights preserved. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under mandatory EU or Estonian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These include, without limitation, your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU) as implemented in Estonia, and any other mandatory statutory rights that apply to digital content and distance contracts.

15.2  Digital content quality. Digital Images and the Generate Module are supplied with the expectation that they function as described on the Service. Where digital content is not as described, is not fit for purpose, or fails to meet the quality standard implied by law, you may have a statutory remedy including a right to a correction, price reduction, or refund. See Section 16 and the Refund Policy for the process.

15.3  Right of withdrawal and digital content exception. Under EU consumer law, you generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately (such as Digital Image downloads and Token crediting), this right is lost where you gave prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost at the moment supply began, as required by Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Picwave collects this consent and acknowledgement at checkout. If that consent mechanism was not properly presented, your right of withdrawal remains available within the 14-day period.

15.4  Complaints. If you have a concern about the quality or delivery of any product or the conduct of Picwave, we invite you to contact us first through the process in Section 21. If your complaint is not resolved, you may have recourse to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Jarelevalve Amet) or another competent authority in your country of residence.

16. Refunds & Billing Disputes

16.1  Overview. Picwave’s detailed refund positions, timeframes, and procedures are set out in the Refund Policy at pic-wave.com. This Section provides a summary for convenience.

16.2  General position. Because Digital Images are supplied immediately upon purchase and Tokens are credited instantly, the digital-content exception to the right of withdrawal typically applies. Refunds are therefore not automatically available for purchases where supply has already begun, except where: (a) the digital content is defective or not as described; (b) delivery failed and the failure is attributable to Picwave; (c) the charge was unauthorised, duplicated, or applied in error; or (d) a statutory right to a refund applies and has not been lawfully excluded.

16.3  Refund process. To request a refund, contact info@pic-wave.com with your order number, the nature of your request, and supporting details. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to provide a decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within the timeframe set by the card scheme (typically 5-10 business days).

16.4  Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer without first contacting Picwave, we may contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery. Initiating a chargeback for a transaction that was genuine and for which we would have provided a refund may constitute misuse of the dispute process and may result in suspension of your Account.

16.5  Effect on Tokens. Where a refund is granted in respect of a Token Pack, the corresponding Token balance (or pro-rata portion in respect of unconsumed Tokens) is deducted from your Account. See also Section 9.4.

17. Disclaimers & Service Availability

17.1  No guarantee of results. AI-generated images produced by the Generate Module are generated based on your prompts using computational processes. Picwave does not guarantee that any specific prompt will produce a particular creative outcome, aesthetic result, or level of detail. The quality and relevance of generated images depend on many factors, including the clarity of the prompt and the nature of the request.

17.2  Third-party content. The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. Picwave is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.

17.3  Service provided on ‘as is’ basis. Subject to your mandatory statutory rights, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Picwave expressly disclaims all warranties and representations not required by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17.4  Availability. Picwave does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee the security of all information transmitted to or from the Service.

18. Limitation of Liability

18.1  Cap on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Picwave’s total liability to you in connection with the Service, arising under or in relation to these Terms (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Picwave in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18.2  Excluded losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Picwave shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or special loss; (b) loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or corruption of data (save to the extent caused by our breach); (d) loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content for any professional, medical, legal, or financial purpose; or (e) losses arising from events beyond Picwave’s reasonable control.

18.3  Mandatory exceptions. Nothing in this Section 18 limits or excludes Picwave’s liability: (a) for death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable EU or Estonian consumer law; or (d) for breach of mandatory digital-content quality standards under the Digital Content Directive.

19. Indemnity

19.1  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company name, its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) content or prompts you submit to the Service; or (d) your infringement of the rights of any third party.

19.2  This indemnity does not limit Picwave’s obligations under applicable consumer protection law and does not apply to the extent that a claim arises from Picwave’s own negligence or breach.

20. Privacy, Cookies & Data Handling

20.1  By using the Service, you acknowledge that Picwave collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at pic-wave.com. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal data collected, the lawful bases for processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject under the GDPR, and contact details for privacy enquiries.

20.2  Cookies. The Service uses cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in the Cookie Policy at pic-wave.com. Non-essential cookies require your consent, which is managed through our cookie consent mechanism. You can withdraw consent or adjust preferences at any time through your browser or the cookie settings on the website.

20.3  Payment data. Card and payment data entered at checkout is collected and processed by our PSP directly and is not stored on Picwave’s servers. Picwave receives a transaction confirmation and may retain order metadata (amount, reference, product type) for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

21. Complaints & Support

21.1  Contact us first. If you have any complaint, query, or dispute relating to the Service, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at info@pic-wave.com or through the contact form at https://pic-wave.com/contact-us/. We aim to respond within 12 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 EET).

21.2  Complaint resolution. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide a substantive response or resolution within 7 business days. Where a complaint requires investigation, we will keep you informed of progress.

21.3  Escalation. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) at https://ttja.ee, or to the relevant consumer authority in your country of residence within the EU. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

21.4  Card descriptor. Payments to Picwave will appear on your card or bank statement as PICWAVE.COM.

22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

22.1  Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with EU consumer law applying where required by mandatory rules. These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you are entitled to as a resident of another EU member state.

22.2  Forum. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

22.3  Alternative dispute resolution. Picwave is committed to resolving disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our complaints process, you may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in your country, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

23. Changes to these Terms

23.1  Picwave may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, changes to the Service, or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the website, no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

23.2  Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your Account before the effective date.

23.3  The current version of these Terms is always available at pic-wave.com. The version number and effective date are shown in the header of this document.

Schedule 1 — Practical Service Rules

This Schedule sets out plain-language guidance for common situations. It supplements but does not replace the main Terms above.

A. Buying a Digital Image

Step 1: Browse the Shop at pic-wave.com/shop and choose the image and size/format variant you need.

Step 2: Add to cart and proceed to checkout. Complete payment using your card.

Step 3: You will receive an order confirmation by email. The image download link is available in your Account or in the confirmation email.

Step 4: Download your image promptly. If the link has expired, contact info@pic-wave.com with your order number and we will re-issue it.

The image may be used immediately for personal and commercial projects. You do not need to credit Picwave. You may not resell the image file itself.

B. Buying and Using Tokens

Step 1: Go to pic-wave.com/token-packs and choose the pack size that suits your needs (45, 90, 180, or 450 Tokens). Tokens are non-refundable once consumed but do not expire while your Account is active.

Step 2: Complete checkout. Tokens are credited to your Account instantly.

Step 3: Navigate to pic-wave.com/generate, enter your prompt, and generate your image. Each generation consumes one Token.

Step 4: Download your generated image. It is available in your Account history.

If Tokens are not credited after payment, wait a few minutes and refresh your Account, then contact info@pic-wave.com if the issue persists — do not file a chargeback before contacting us.

C. Requesting a Refund

Contact info@pic-wave.com within 14 days of purchase. Include: your order number, the product purchased, and a clear description of the issue (e.g. non-delivery, defect, duplicate charge).

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we resolve most issues faster than the chargeback process and a premature dispute may delay resolution.

D. Closing Your Account

Log in to My Account at pic-wave.com/my-account and follow the account deletion option, or email info@pic-wave.com. Your remaining Token balance will be permanently forfeited upon closure unless Picwave is closing your Account for a non-breach reason (in which case the Refund Policy applies to any unconsumed balance).

E. If Your Account is Suspended

You will be notified by email. You may contact info@pic-wave.com to query or appeal the decision. Pending investigation, access to the Service will be restricted. If a suspension is confirmed as an error, full access will be restored.

F. Reporting a Problem with a Generated Image

If a generated image fails to produce any output, generates a system error, or appears to be corrupted, this is a delivery failure. Contact info@pic-wave.com with a screenshot and your Account details. We will either restore the consumed Token to your balance or regenerate the image at no additional charge.
